By accessing or using Buddian ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
A confirmed Buddian subscription or Extra AI Credits purchase unlocks Create and Studio. Subscription base seconds expire with the subscription term, while separately purchased Extra AI Credits remain available. After a subscription expires, you retain access to Studio and existing content but need available Extra AI Credits or a renewed subscription to generate new videos. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All sales are final except as required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of prompts you submit. Buddian grants you a license to use, share, and monetize videos generated through the Platform. Buddian does not claim ownership of your generated content.
Creators earn fiat currency when other paid subscribers watch their generated videos. Earnings are calculated based on watch time and subscription revenue distribution. Buddian reserves the right to adjust monetization rates with 30 days notice.
You may not use the Platform to generate content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains harmful material. All prompts are checked for IP safety before generation.
Buddian provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
